Educare Flint is now accepting applications for enrollment in its free (income based), high-quality early childhood education school for Flint infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We welcome children with disabilities or cognitive delays.

Educare Flint operates year-round on Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Programs are located in the new, state-of-the-art Educare Flint building at 1000 Gladwyn Street in Flint.

Enrollment Information

Enrollment in Educare Flint is free (income based) for families and children that live in the City of Flint and were exposed to the Flint water system between April 2014 and August 2016. Priority enrollment may be available for children of parents and guardians who are working or attending school.
